Carelix acts as an intermediary marketplace and is not itself a medical institution or employer of independent professionals listed on the platform.

4. User Responsibilities

5. Bookings and Cancellations

Cancellation policies vary by service type and are communicated at the time of booking. Late cancellations may incur fees as specified in the service agreement.

6. Payments

All payments must be made through our approved payment channels. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Refunds are processed in accordance with our refund policy communicated at the time of service booking.

7. Healthcare Professional Conduct

All healthcare professionals on our platform are independently verified for credentials, background, and qualifications. However, Carelix does not guarantee the outcome of any medical or care service. Healthcare professionals operate independently and Carelix is not liable for their professional conduct or clinical decisions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and materials on the Carelix platform are the intellectual property of Carelix Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Carelix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification
